 and Dog Festival is going to be a howling good time this year on Satur
 day, Halloween afternoon (2 to 4 p.m.) October 31st, 2009! The parade 
 and dog festival will be held at 9403 Brigadoon,Brigadoon Park (soccer
  field and woods). We hope to celebrate Halloween and all things dogs 
 through the following activities:\n\nDog and Owner Costume Contest wit
 h PRIZES\nPooch Parade\nK-9 Demonstrations\nCommunity Outreach Agencie
 s for Educational Purposes\nFood and Product Vendors\nDogs’ and Owne
 rs’ Meet, Greet, and Sniff Social Time\n\nRegistration is free and o
 pen to the public! Owners are encouraged to dress up too! The Pooch Pa
 rade is the 1st event and will begin at 2 p.m. so be there on time if 
 you want your pup to march!\n\nThe BSWCIA Board of Directors would lik
