DESCRIPTION:\nHi Corgi Moms and Dads-  It's that time of year when all
  of our Corgis smell a parade with their brethren wafting in the air--
 the 4th annual Corgi Walk in the Pearl.  This year's walk is going to 
 be bigger than last year's and I am looking forward to seeing all of y
 ou and your adorable Corgis on Saturday, August 20, 2011.  This e-mai
 l is to give you an update of where we are in the planning for the wal
 k and also to ask for sponsorships of the walk.  DATE OF THE WALK Satu
 rday, August 20, 2011   WHERE Walk begins on corner of NW Everett and 
 NW Park in the Pearl \nTIME 9-10 am: onsite registration and raffle 10
 : walk begins 11-noon: raffle winners chosen  REGISTRATION $25 for 1st
  Corgi $15 each additional Corgi check or cash payable to Corgi Rescue
  or DoveLewis or divided between the two organizations  Advance regist
 ration is preferable so the walk can begin on time.  Send check(s) to

 97210  Every Corgi receives a matching scarf on the day of the walk an
 d moms and dads receive water bottles.  RAFFLE The raffle items this y

 THE professional dog photographer in Portland--Alicia Dickerson of Fou
 r-Legged Photo (www.fourleggedphoto.com)--to take pictures of the Walk
  for a 2012 calendar of the 4th annual Corgi Walk in the Pearl.  Cale
 ndars will cost $10, including shipping and handling.  SPONSORSHIPS Th
 e Corgi Walk in the Pearl is completely dependent on sponsorships to d
 efray the cost of advertising, materials, fabric, photographs.  All m
 oney from registration and the raffle go directly to Corgi Rescue or D
 oveLewis.  I do not receive any money to organize the walk.    Each 
 sponsor is recognized in a banner at the walk and you/your company or 
 organization will be identified on the DL website.  In addition, each
  sponsor's Corgi will be featured as a Corgi of the month in the calen
 dar and receive a calendar.  At this time there are FOUR slots (month
 s) available for the calendar.  A sponsorship is $200.  I would grea
 tly appreciate if you would consider sponsoring the Walk.  Alicia Dick
 erson of Four Legged Photo will take the individual picture of your Co
 rgi for the calendar.    I look forward to hearing from you.  I will
