DESCRIPTION:First and foremost, the Park District wants to make the pa
 rk affordable to everyone, and therefore has lowered the cost of a per
 mit to $20 for residents, $25 for Batavia nonresidents and $30 for non
 residents. Also new this year, per city ordinance, permit holders will
  be able to register up to 4 dogs with each additional dog costing $5,
  $6 and $7 respectively.\n\nPermits for the 2009 season can be purchas
 ed in person at the Park District Civic Center, 327 W. Wilson St. A cu
 rrent shot history, including rabies, distemper, heartworm and fecal t
 est for internal parasites, must be shown at the time of purchase. If 
 you purchased a permit last year and your dog’s shots are still curr
 ent, there is no need to submit the records again.\n\nThe Bark Park is
  located at West Main Community Park, 40W101 W. Main St. The Park will
