Rascal

Bob and I have an 8 week old foster boy................Rascal. He is from a puppy mill and has special needs. He was born with improper plumbing ie: his urethra is below his anus. He will see a specialist next week to see what needs to be done to fix him. He is adorable!!!!!!!!!!! Toby and Lola are not sure what to make of the lil ankle biter. Oh the joys of puppies!

Oh how adorable! Good luck with Rascal's plumbing problem. I remember seeing an episode of Emergency Vets on Animal Planet and they said that it was a very uncommon thing. They were able to fix it. Rascal won't look "normal" but he'll be just fine. Just too cute!
