Permalink Reply by Lemmy Winks on September 25, 2012 at 12:28pm I use a Zoom Groom. They're way cheaper, look like a curry comb and work AMAZING! I use it on both my dogs AND cats ^_^ best $11 bucks I ever spent.

I have the medium for short hair and it works fine on my dogs. Haven't tried the long hair one.

Long hair version seems to work fine as well
Permalink Reply by Michelle and Vesper on September 28, 2012 at 1:26am I have the yellow handle, too. It's perfect. We didn't really need it until a year and a half- the third coat blown was the start of it for us. Now we have a mess on our hands twice a year.
We used the zoom groom for awhile as a bath tool- worked great to get that final layer of coat. However, Vesper eventually took vengeance on it following a particularly upsetting bath, and it wasn't valuable enough to us to replace.
