I don't think there is such thing as a tough toy for Gracie. She destroys everything! I ordered an Octopus from Tuffie toys. It was rated a 10. She tore a hole in it within the first 15 minutes. I originally got this toy for her six month old little brother and she took it from him. Dyson doesn't destroy things like she does. Unbelievable! Are you Corgis this destructive? She wouldn't let Dyson near it. It is funny to watch them interact. She is definitely the bossy one! I guess it…

So at the end of this month Zoey will be having her first birthday and I was planning on getting her a cake from the local dog bakery but now I think it may have gone out of business. I was thinking about baking my own and was wondering if any of you have baked your dog a cake and if so I would love to see your recipe :) Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone. Gracie was was born 3/05/2009. My how time flies! She has turned into a wonderful dog. We're looking forward to getting her a brother this year. We had hoped to get one earlier but I got very sick and was hospitalized for almost 5 weeks. I missed Gracie so much! When I got back home, I couldn't believe how big she got. We took her to the vet the other day and she weight 30.9 pounds - gaining 4 pounds since January. She doesn't look fat but is very solid. We have her on…

We have her on a natural diet dog food (California Natural Lamb and Rice. I wanted to see what all of your dogs weigh now. The vet doesn't think she needs to be on a diet. She doesn't get table scraps. She loves carrots, bananas and ice cubes! How much are you feeding your puppy?tag:mycorgi.com,2010-05-13:1150197:Topic:6630312010-05-13T02:47:51.974ZAce and Jenhttp://mycorgi.com/profile/JenDeBorde
<p>I was just wondering how much food I should be feeding my 10 1/2 month old corgi puppy. According to the packaging on her dog food, she should be eating a cup to a cup and a quarter daily but ever since we started her on that amount she seems to be constantly hungry. I dont want to over feed her because I dont want her to become over weight but I also dont want to be giving her too little an amount of food. Advice please? Thanks</p>

<p>I was wondering if any of you had had experience with upper respiratory infections with your puppy. I'm not sure, but it seems like Zoey has come down with one. (she has had all her shots so I'm thinking it's not kennel cough?) She has started this weird snorting thing that she has been doing for about a week now and it's got progressively worse. She actually sounds like she is congested in her lungs and nose but there is no mucous drainage from her nose. She is also acting like normal and her appetite is normal. The vet started her on an antihistimine on the 27th in hopes that she did not need antibiotics, but it has not helped. Anyone have experience with something similar?</p> Looking for Colbie's siblingstag:mycorgi.com,2010-01-23:1150197:Topic:5992772010-01-23T06:19:11.223ZAce and Jenhttp://mycorgi.com/profile/JenDeBorde
Hi everyone<br />
<br />
Just curious about what might have happened to Colbie's siblings, what they're like now, and thought it would be cool if we found some of them on mycorgi.<br />
<br />
Colbie was born 9-22-09 in Waddell, AZ. She's a red/white female Pembroke. There were 2 other females and 3 males (all red/white) in the litter!<br />
<br />
She has been such a joy. She has a very calm temperament, is very friendly, and loves to cuddle. She learned several commands quickly when she was only 10 weeks old. Right now we're…

Feel free to share your stories even if your puppy's not her sibling! Tiny puppy...tag:mycorgi.com,2010-01-22:1150197:Topic:5988012010-01-22T20:12:35.541ZAce and Jenhttp://mycorgi.com/profile/JenDeBorde
I am getting my first corgi in one week!! We are so excited! She is 6 weeks and 2 lbs 12 oz. Both her parents are under 20 pounds. I am wondering how big everyone else's puppies weighed at 6 weeks or even 8 weeks and how big they are full grown. Im trying to get an idea of how big she will be.<br/>

My family is a 5 hour flight (ugh) away, but at the end of the rainbow there are two Chihuahua's and my doting family that would just eat him to pieces. <br/><br/>The only option for me at this point is to fly him as carry on. Hopefully this is the only time he will fly and I think he would do very well. He is currently 12 weeks and only 6.2 lbs so his weight and measurements should not be an issue...<br/><br/>Any help would be greatly appreciated, as always :)<br/> Puppy Diarrhea...tag:mycorgi.com,2010-01-19:1150197:Topic:5964712010-01-19T02:47:01.166ZAce and Jenhttp://mycorgi.com/profile/JenDeBorde
Poor Peggy has the runs pretty badly today. I'm pretty sure the edible Nylabone she scarfed down last night was the culprit.<br />
<br />
She seems to be staying pretty well hydrated. I've heard pumpkin can help, I've also heard that feeding her rice w/ some cottage cheese or chicken may help. Anyone have advice? I've also heard that I should avoid giving her any food to clear out her system...<br />

I bought Peggy an <a href="http://www.nylabone.com/products/edibles/healthy-edibles/bacon-flavor-bone.htm" target="_blank">edible Nylabone</a> today for her to chew on. Within a few minutes, she consumed the entire bone. I was surprised because this thing did not seem easy to chew through.<br />
<br />
I'm worried that she ate this too quickly and may get sick. Am I just being overly paranoid? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
