I'm having an issue with the sfcorgi yahoo group, but Jackson and I plan on attending the SF meetup this month.. which would be next Saturday the 13th (weather permitting) at Mountain Lake Park. He'll be 16 weeks then, so I think it's time to introduce him to the herd and let him run free... It should be hysterical. So please, come!!

Don't forget, this Saturday (the 16th) is the 3rd Saturday, so is the monthly meetup at Shoreline Dog Park in Mountain View! 10 a.m., small dog side!

Frodo and I will not be there, as we will be off meeting a prospective 2nd corgi, another cardi, and it's 4 hours away. However, others will be there, of course!

So, see you all next time!

I was at home when the two quakes hit. We are about 4 or 5 miles from the center. I have 6 cats and of course Bella Boo. We felt both of them. I new something was going on because most of the animals were asleep down including Bella but just before it hit, they all lifted there heads and looked around! The cats flew up stairs and Bella reajusted herself and went back to sleep when it was done. ...

My mom and was home at the time (Thursday) and said that Penne was sleeping right before it happened. The quake woke her up and she got angry and barked for a long time while running around the house, as if looking for the person/dog/thing that jolted her awake. Same thing happened during today's smaller one. Guess she doesn't like earthquakes too much! Not sure if she can sense them coming though, because both times she was sleeping when they hit.

I was at home for both tremors and didn't feel a thing. Jackson was totally fine, too. Kind of weird. I hope there aren't any more earthquakes. The apartment we live in is so old I feel like it would just crumble. At least we're on the top floor? Haha.
