i! I found this online community and am hoping you can help me.
>
> I found a sweet, adorable Corgi mix dog untagged, uncollared running around outside my neighborhood on Thursday. I have contacted all the nearby shelters and took him to the vet (no chip - but i got him cleaned up and got all his shots) but somehow no one is looking for this dog! sad!
>
> I hate to bring him to a shelter but i cannot keep him for much longer - my dog is a grumpy old man and is not dog-friendly.

> He is 30 pounds, about a year old according to the vets best guess and sweet is an understatement. Do you know anyone I can get in touch with? I want to find him a good home or at least have him with people who love Corgi's and can keep him until he finds a home.
I live in Miami but he is with my friend who is a veterinary technician in Boca Raton.

Welcome, Jessika! What's type of corgi do you have?

I just realized that I had a link to my chorgi, posted earlier, but not to my Pem. So, for fair amount of time here is a link to Duncan on another dog site:

They're mostly when he was young. Right now, our computer system doesn't have a driver available on Vista for me to download any pictures from my camera.

The "Wookie Song!" What a great description! Yep, I get that from Duncan from time to time.

Oh I know what you are talking about! Rueben kind of does that noise as well....

Wookie song...when we come home and Sid comes to greet us, he stretches and makes this adorable little sound. It's hard to describe but it's kind of a little howl that warbles. If you ever watched Star Wars, Chewbacca the Wookie (the walking rug, according to Han Solo) "talked" in a similiar manner but deeper voice. So we refer to the noise Sid makes as a "baby" wookie because of the timbre of his voice. Kind of a chirpy singsong growly howl!

Geri & Sidney- thanks for the info. I love hearing the cute stories from others!

Okay, what is the "wookie song?" Apparently, neither of my dogs do it.
