Marion and pups - glad you all did fine in the storm.  We were lucky and only lost power during the night.  From what I can tell there are a couple of meet-ups.  One is in Newport News and the Virginia Beach group is trying to get together as well.  I think they wanted to meet Sept 17th, and we'll be away then.  Hope to meet you and the pups sometime.   Sadie and Monica (mom)

Irene has come and gone......After a week we finally have power again....Sure was getting sick of listening to the generator.   Hope we don't have to prepare for the next hurricane.....Sam and Merry weathered the storm very well and really did not care if we had electricity or not...you know "happy as long as they have food, water, and lots of LOVE....Don't forget to let us know when there is going to be a Corgi meetup....If it is at VA Beach we need to have some advance warning.

Ein and I are down for a meet up at the beach. Though I guess Ein goes without saying, as he is also Robert's puppy. :)

Ein and I are always down for weekend meetups at the beach. When ever is fine by me. Gets windy in the winter but the fall is nice for a walk on the beach. Get some dates rolling around in you all heads and we can arrange a meeting. I forgot what date the parking becomes free, I think it is in October. So maybe a weekend after that. Stay safe all you east coast Corgis and thier humans!

My pup Scooter loves doing meetups! We live in Alexandria VA and our new roommate happens to have a corgi too! We occasionally get out to the VA Beach area to visit family, maybe I'll send a message next time we go and see about getting a group up!

Also if anyone is in the Alexandria/Arlington/Fairfax/etc area and want to have a meetup at one of the dogparks sometime let me know! Scooter loves to play! :)

My 2 girls always love to play so Id be interested in a group meet too.  They don't get to play with other Corgis as often as Id like them to..
