My favorite passover meal is Matzo Brei with onions. I make it atleast 5 times during passover. Well.... I have to use up my box of matzo, Roger grills a leg of lamb that is soooooooo good. Now I am getting hungry.

Ha ha Jane, I buy them! My family is used to my trouble free meals so it is Ok. I do use a mix for the matzo balls so I call that cooking!

Do you have a good macaroon recipe? I know it's rather simple but I haven't tried them in years but I love them!

We have Passover next week. It just is not as much fun with most of our family out of town but I will still make Matzo ball soup and the family favorite will be macaroons! It is so hard to have a holiday with just three of us. The furry group will get to share a little chicken.

I'll be making Irish Stew and Colcannon tonight.

"May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall softly upon your fields, And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand."
