I love my tri and red! It just seems right to have a black headed tri and a solid red head at all times. :)

The only times I have seen a lot of the royal corgi's, red/white is all I have ever seen. I can just see some crazy tri running down the royal hall tripping everyone chasing a plate of food.

I love my sable girl too, don't get me wrong! She keeps us all in line as to what is appropriate! I wonder does the Queen have both tri and red/white sable or just the red/white sable???

I think so, too! My tri fits all of those words perfectly, haha, whereas my red and white has a completely different personality.

I am sure that in that beautiful tri color there is a gene.....wild, crazy, loving, 'overly" smart, goofy, rebel and I am sure many more can be added

Do you find that the Tri colors are always more easy going and comical I wonder or is it purely just by chance??

Our dogs have so much of the same personality. Tenby "tri" is wild and crazy and a sweetheart that loves to cuddle. Chepstow is perfectly mannered, openly upset at Tenby's behavior, the perfect dog........except when he finds that lovely pile of goose poop to roll in.

We get that a lot too...but "they look so different" is a common response when we are out. I usually spare them how differently they act...Ed is our Tri so wild and crazy a real character and Gem our sable is such a princess except when she finds something stinky to roll in!!!! Don't you love how versatile Corgis are........

Sometimes when we are out with the boys, people think just because they are different color they are a different breed.
