Mochi, I am sorry for your loss. :( Their time with us truly is too short!

Autumn my rescue corgi passed away this Tuesday. She was my first dog and the inspiration for this group. Enjoy your pups while you can. They can truly be called away from us at any moment.

Enjoy your rescues. I have had mine for a year.  He is the sweetest.  He is a lover and loves to cuddle.  It is hard to imagine somebody abandoning him

I found Mason online with his brother and sister at a shelter an hour outside of Memphis, TN in a really small town...he appears pure breed to us and the vet, so we're assuming so. He was covered in fleas and ticks, had kennel cough and hookworms, but now he is healthy and active and full of love! No one knows where he came from, the three were dumped there with no papers or notes...he is a little blessing though, and I hope to be getting him a little brother or sister soon.

Hi Y'all! Here's our little rescued "Sugar," who we've guessed to be a Corgi/Wheaten Terrier mix. Right now she's "blowing" her undercoat (especially around those fluffly little back haunches), removing any remaining doubt as to her Corgi heritage. :) (My husband complained the other day that he had dog hair in his mouth!) Apparently she was dumped off in a rural town not far from us, and picked up by a neat rescue group named FuzzyPawz (see www.fuzzypawzrescue.com if curious). Her foster mama said she needed two baths to get all the dirt out of her coat!

If you would like me to feature your rescued Corgi or Corgi mix on the CorgiPals blog, please email me at corgipals@gmail.com. Thank you to all of you amazing people who have welcomed a Corgi in need into your hearts and homes.
