Both of my dogs are in San Antonio with my wife but occasionaly they will come down some weekends until their permanent move in June. Hopefully they will be here if anyone decides to have a meet up.

Dog Gone Easter Egg Hunt - March 27 10am-12pm - Baytown Bark Park. This is my local dog park and I'm happy they are having another fun event here. It would be great to see some of our corgi friends out to hunt eggs with us! They are going to be filled with dog treats, of course.

Hi everybody! I found someone's pet bunny last week in the North Central area. It is an adorable orange lop eared bunny. It is totally a house rabbit and is friendly with people and all the cats and dogs. Pengu tries to herd it! It is so funny. Anyways, no one has contacted me from my ads nor my fliers. If ya'll know any bunny lovers out there please let me know 'cause this bunny is too nice to send to the SPCA and they said people rarely adopt rabbits form there. I already have 6 animals with 6 mouths to feed 6 booties to get shots and so on and so forth. I can't take another critter, but I didn't want this bunny to get ran over or killed by loose dogs. Pass the word around won'tcha please!!!

We've been gone for a while! :) Lots of family, school, and job stuff. Hopefully, we're back for now.

Is there a Corgi meet up going on any time soon? Mister Jack would love to re-connect and meet his new Corgi friends!

Went to Bill Archer Dog park on Highway 6 today. Beautiful day. Emmy is getting brave, Went in water up to her chest. She is now exhausted!

Dog Easter Egg Hunt. This Saturday @ Jenkins Park (Baytown Bark Park). 4334 Crosby Cedar Bayou Rd in Baytown. 10am-2pm $5.00 per pet and will benefit Baytown Humane Society. **Bring a leash (and an Easter basket??) Penny and Jet hope to see some of their corgi friends there!

I went a couple of years ago on Sunday and it was really fun. Didn't have my corgi then but sure would like to meet up with other corgi lovers out there. Is there going to be a paticular place for the corgi's to meet up or just go and enjoy?

We went to Paws in the Park today. Penny and Jet both tried the "Lure for a Cure" course, chasing after the little tail thing. They each got half way around and turned back and ran to the starting gate again. It was cute, but I think the whole thing scared them. Oh well, at least we donated to the cause for Canine Cancer. Pictures coming soon!

Adopted a Corgi yesterday, through Special Pals in Katy. Special pals rescued from :"kill" shelter. Emmy now has a friend. So far everything is working out. He seems well adjusted. He is playfull, friendly and good mannered. Vet tomorrow.

Went to Paws in the Park (Sat AND Sun) Saw a few other corgis one was 12 years old and did the dock dogs jump! Jan, Sadie was the same way on the Lure for a Cure! She went half way and then turned around and ran back! It was fun, we wish it was more than once a year.

We took our dogs to the Bill Archer Bark Park last Saturday and they had tons of fun. They have only been to the dog park in San Antonio which isn't seperated into Large and Small dog sections. Our corgi's can get a little scared around bigger dogs so it was good for them to play with other dogs their height. It was a long drive since we're coming from the Spring area but I will be taking them there once at least once a month starting in May.

My husband is working this weekend, but the kids and I might drive out there if we can. We've only been to our local dog park and I'm sure Betsy would love the water and meeting other Corgis!
