Actually Lance is doing pretty well with the frisbee. Of course I have to have treats in my hand so he runs to me instead of running off with it....lol. He is so funny I put the treat right under his nose and he drops it. I dont give him a treat everytime because he has to work for it! His treats equal a few pieces of his dog food.

What a cute pair! How are they getting along?

Oh, that's great they get along. My Steve and Turtle love to wrestle a lot (I was worried they were fighting at first but now I know they're just playing). Steve is a great big brother and really good at sharing but Turtle basically wants anything Steve has, even takes food right out of Steve's mouth! Good thing Steve is very patient.

It is SO hot here today, it poured for like 5 minutes haha but Lola didn't even make it to our driveway today and she wanted to go back inside. I love the picture of you pup on the raft in the water =) Too cute

haha!! i actually love the rain, it makes my job SO much easier. I work at an outdoor restaurant so it kills business =) Lola loooooooves the rain and will hop around in wet grass like a little bunny

The dog wash is part of a vet hospital here. I think some Pet Supplies Plus have self dog washes. Good luck!!!

So far, I haven't had the time to try felting. If my life slows down a bit, I might.... Not sure about keeping anything around that smells like wet dog hair, though...

Hi Arline! Sadly Lance hasnt had any frisbee time in awhile, his front right paw has been bothering him. I dont want to play frisbee and have his paw start bothering him again. Going up in the air and coming down on his paw might be too much. : (

How long do you think? Are you referring to the Kong toy?

Sandy is feeling better and back to her bossy corgi self. She had a booster shot of antibiotic about 1 week ago and the shipment of Berry supplement arrived. She really likes the taste. It's too early to tell if the berry supplement is working. Hope you are well!

How would I tell them from my regular rugs????

Yeah, the Kong toy made it through day one.....is Holly or Corey an aggressive chewer? I thought about getting Lance one but the squeaker scares me cause he is an aggressive chewer. Wondering how it would hold up for Lance?

A tornado?! Yikes! Weather has been cold and rainy =( Although its good for Lola right now, she can't go on a walk anyways because of her leg. She would be really bummed if it was nice. She loves the beach!!

Wow, that is pretty aggressive! Lance will get a ball to play with and that is about it because he is such the aggressive chewer. Although he has quite the variety, he has 2 footballs, 2 baseballs, a silver ball, an orange ball, green and even pink ball! All from planetdog.com

You are too funny1 I like the corgi rug made out of corgi hair. One of my other suggestions was real-fur pets like the creepy ones you see in gift shops....

It would be fun to meet if we lived closer. Are there any corgis in your area?

agway in Portsmouth has Santa 2 Saturdays maybe Sundays in Dec like the 1st and 2nd weekend in December with a donation to the potter league.we go every year....what else are we to do with our kids......the mall santas are too snootie for our furlicouse babies.....cheers to you .feel free to comment anytime maybe we could all get together some time trying to get the ri corgis started.......check it out.....Jan

How is Kong Wubba holding up?

Well I bought Lance the hard core fire house dog toy, it basically is made out of real fire hose and is stitched and stitched, etc. Well it has made day one! He chewed the ends and that is it did not even get close to the rest of it, yeah!

I bought it at Petco. He has only been able to chew the very end of it and he will even get bored with it and leave it alone and then go back to it! Amazing! I think he gets aggravated that he cannot chew it up!

Update: I just had to take away the fire hose toy....he got through the side of it..... : (

Kong Wubba wins!! I will have to buy that one and see what Lance does with that and if he ruins the Kong Wubba in 2 days thats it....no more chew toys just a ball to play with!

Lola is feeling awesome =) She is back to her normal self, zooming all over the house. I took her to the beach today and she ran all around and wanted to go swimming. I'd love to have a play date with Corey and Holly. Only one problem, I don't drive lol. I have my boyfriend to drive me around everywhere we go. So if it's somewhere close, I don't think he'd mind driving me there =)

Hi Arline, No I never did find the episode again, I even searched their website, darn! Doorbell training was going well while we were doing it but some how we stopped, not enough hours in the days. We need to just be consistent with it.

Are you talking about the light green/brown stripped if so I got that at Target probably about 1 1/2 years ago or more. He also has a blue plaid bed I got that at Walgreen for 10.00, it works really well in the car. I just recently bought another bed from Walgreens for 10.00 but it really is too small for him but they didnt have any bigger sizes : ( and I really liked it so I got it. If he curls up he can fit in it, but the bed tips a bit....lol--It is so cute it is light blue and white stripped and has a bone on the front of the bed, and is lined it the ultra smooth blanket material! I like it because it is oval shaped and keeps it shape unlike the other beds they get messy looking after awhile....although I really like them, I just am getting tired of the messy look and they really are gigantic for a corgi...lol...although I had to have them because I loved them. Can one ever have enough dog beds....not in this house!

green/brown stripped is a boots and barkley bed from Target.

I had to stop myself from buying another bed last week for lance it was black, more his size but I didnt buy it because it did not have a cover you could remove like the gigantic beds!

Oh yeah and his very first bed we bought when he was a puppy...the brown and fuzzy looking bed, he chewed it I really did like that one too. I was just looking through the pictures and saw that one, almost forgot about that one. Wow he has had alot of beds in 2 1/2 years although the brown fuzzy one is the only one he chewed. For awhile he couldnt have any bed at bedtime because he would just chew it, even a blanket. He finally can have a bed now at bedtime.

Hi Arline, you know I never thought to ask your name, sorry!! Weekends are usually always good. I live less than a 5 minute drive from Boston, in Revere. There's a private beach where I live and I bring Lola there pretty much everyday. She loves swimming. We also live near a park... it's not fully fenced in but she does good off leash there (don't know if it's allowed, but we do it anyways haha) This and next weekend we have plans, but any other weekend after that would be awesome. Hi the beds at Target were not cheap they were at least 30.00, if not more, dont remember it was at least a year ago I bought them. I went back and got a second one from Target and got it on sale, so I think the second bed was 30 and the first bed was over 30. The beds from walgreens are 10.00.
