Welcome Roger, Chepstow and Tenby!!! I am a Tri boy and I have a sister Gemima(Gem) who is sable. Did you get your boys in England or from the States? I love their names, how did you come up with them? They sound sort of...English in origin!! Anyway, we love boating, the pontoon is a sleep magnet for us!!!
  • christy fry

Hi guys welcome to the group! christy ,Jordan(2yr tri boy)&Teagen(baby tri girl)
  • Edward and Gemima

Roger, thanks for the update on the names you gave your boys!! I am actually of Welsh origin so I am interested in all things Welsh, although I never knew about Corgis until about 9mos ago when I started researching and looking for the breed here in Mn. They are not so easy to find here. I'm glad both your boys have found such a loving home!!!!
  • Geri & Sidney

Welcome Roger, Laurie, Chepstow and Tenby! Your corgis are very cute.
  • Vicki and Christina Brown

It is very interesting how they all have distinct personality's. We are cat lovers as well, and have 3 that Dingo and Mimi drive crazy most of the time, but like you said, other times, they cuddle and groom each other. Love all your pictures.
  • Amy and Marlee

    thanks, we think so too...

I noticed you take your corgis on the boat... how are they at swimming?
  • Kim Watson

Really? Polk as in Polk Oil?
  • Edward and Gemima

Hi Chepstow and Tenby, oh you too Roger and Laurie hope you're having a great morning!
  • Kim Watson

I will ask my Dad if he knows the name. My Dad was born and raised her, then joined the Navy and when he retired he moved us back to Lufkin in the mid 70's. I do know some Alexanders that live in the Moffett area of Lufkin, which is on the east side.

Hi Laurie and Roger. We got Lew when he was 1.5 years and he was living in a rabbit hutch. It takes him weeks to warm up to someone but once he has he will cuddle you within an inch of your life.

  • Deb , Gretzky, and Norman

Thank you for the welcome. It looks like your boys enjoy your boat. Gretzky wasn't too thrilled about our little fishing boat at first but he does quite good now even though a few weeks ago he stepped off into green algae thinking it was green grass and fell into the Mississippi River. He dropped like a rock but was scooped out in a hurry. He's had a few incidents with water when he didn't live with us that were a bit more traumatic. I suppose he remembers them.
  • Jenna Griffith

It amazes me that anyone who calls themselves a human being could do that to a corgi. It is obvious now your dogs are living a life most people would envy!
  • Boo Buchheit

Your Corgis are both amazing. Tenby looks like he adores the cats.
  • Prince Hairy

Hi Im a Corgi Wanna Be, Im a full blod Golden Retriever with big dreams but the short side of it is i can only be one online, take a look at my legs! I mean a Prince can dream cant he?
  • Deb , Gretzky, and Norman

Ha ha - we don't have a cat ( but I would like one ) and I hope it's not because he's bored. We're actually thinking about getting him a little Corgi brother or sister. He doesn't lick all the time but when he does he licks it until there's a red spot. Do your Corgis like to lean their heads up against a wall or piece of furniture? Gretzky likes to lay with his head up - it's so funny
  • Prince Hairy

quite true quite ture its a roayl pain in the patuty
  • Caroline and Ruby

Thanks for the welcome.Ruby and I look forward to having an interesting and enjoyable online corgi experience.

I enjoyed your pictures of Tenby and Chepstow. Love Tenby with the cat! I have two a boy Cosmo and his cousin a girl Luna. Chepstow is handsome and looks like he is the older sibling~responsible! They love the water also. Have a wonderful Labor Day. Jo
  • Grace, Cason and Luna

My daughter's boyfriend actually bought her last year from Petland and realized having a puppy was more than they could handle so my fiance and I have had her since about September or October. She was only 6-7 months old. She loves boat life.
  • Grace, Cason and Luna

I will dig out her papers and found out where she came from.
  • Grace, Cason and Luna

From what I can tell on her papers she came from Missouri. Her parents are Four W Duke and Peanut IX.
  • Lauren and John

We got them from Celestial Star Kennel in Osteen, FL! You should check out the breeder's web page:) http://celestialstarkennel.com/ There are a ton of great pictures.
