About My Corgi(s):
Rocky is my 4th corgi & he is just a ball of fire----it has been quite awhile since we have had a puppy in the house-----forgot how much attention & work it requires----but seeing his face every morning is well worth it!
Hi Sue! You are absolutely right about Rocky looking like Morna! Looking at his pix takes me right back to when we first got Morna. I love that she has that narrow little white streak with the two little tan ovals over her eyes. She has kept all of those markings as she has grown.
She is a challenge... my dad used to tell me I was a thick-headed Welshman (or woman), and I think he would say the same about Morna. She loves to play fetch indoors or out, has a bush on her daily walk path that is usually full of birds and isn't happy until she's done her work for the day and chased them all out of it! She can be found curled up in her bed near my desk if I'm there, or trying to root out our 2 poor cats who have decided to mostly live in our screen room out back because Morna doesn't think they belong in her house. We're working on that! She sleeps at night in her crate in our room. She is still chewing things from time to time (better than before, but still some chewing), so I don't want to let her loose in the BR until I know the chewing won't ruin my furniture in there. All in all, she keeps us stepping, but we love her dearly, and wouldn't part with her for anything. One funny thing that I think I forgot to tell Kerri when I talked to her last,... she has a tiny nub of a tail that was not docked b/c it was so small. When she is happy that little nub wags right along with her whole back end. My daughter who lives with us calls her "Bunny Butt" and I can tell you that she is dead on with that nickname! I am so glad that you are enjoying Rocky. When I get some new pics of Morna, I'll send you a few so that you can see what he's likely to look like when he's almost a year old. Morna's birthday is Nov 27th and she'll be a year old. Hard to believe it's been almost a whole year that we've had her! Take care and keep me informed about Rocky's
