About Me:: We are Rudy and Stephanie and we live in Houston, TX. Max was our first dog. We have also adopted Cody who is just a little bit older than Max. We like talking our boys to the dog park whenever we get a chance.

About My Corgi(s):: We have a Pembroke Corgi named Max. He is tri-colored and unlike many Pembrokes, he has a tail. He was born on August 26, 2008. Cody was born February 18, 2008.

What a gorgeous dog. Much like our Al as a puppy. I love to see Pems with tails. Cardy ancestry is not necessarily indicated by Max's tail; he simply wasn't docked. He'll be a great pal.

much thanks for the welcome :) so have you taken max to the dog park yet? we're thinking of taking ein tomorrow. it'll be his big debut. he just loves playing with other dogs! it looks like our pups are about the same age! we should definitely get together for a play date sometime.

you should definitely take your pup to the dog park! we had a blast! ein made so many new friends and he even took a bath (he had too much fun with the doggie water fountain).

that's great that max had a good time :) we definitely want to make going to the dog park a usual thing so that ein keeps up his socializing skills. we're also looking into puppy obedience classes with rob cary's. ein has this nasty habit of trying to make a break for it when the front door opens. hope to see you guys at the dog park soon!

Max is just as cute as can be. I love all the pictures of awkward sleeping posititions. Corgis look very good with tails. Anyway, thank you so much, it's suprising to see so many people from San Antonio.

congrats on your engagement and upcoming wedding. i took "the plunge" almost 2 years ago. good luck to you guys and i hopefully your fiancee doesn't turn into a bridezilla. lol. my hubby was scared that would happen to me but luckily i'm too much of a tom boy.i still think my converse tennis shoes would have been way more appropriate than heels figuring your on your feet the entire night!

Yes you did see us at Petco! I recognized Max from his picture immediately. He's SOOOOO cute. I really want more Corgis, especially now after looking through this sites photos. They are all so adorable.

We would love to join on a play date but I would like to wait until Domino is not longer in heat. From the information I've gathered online and from our Vet she's got another week and a half. ...sheesh...poor thing. Just let me know where ya'll are looking to meet up and we'll get something planned.

Thanks. The rest of the litter was tri-colors and I really wanted one of those for a change but my husband thought it would be too hot for a black dog in florida..whatever. One day I would like to get a tri-colored corgi.

Omg they look so similar but they're the different breeds. That's so crazy. I thought it was Sam at first but the small differences are noticable. I love these colors!

OH how funny we were so close to naming our guy MAX! But, he wasn't really responding to it at all so...we thought that wasn't going to work. We just kept shouting out names and whichever one made him turn his head = winner.

hey don't you guys live near Braun? if so, do you belong to the Braun Station subdivision? we drove by the other day (it's right at Braun and Tezel) and noticed they're having a pooch parade on halloween. i just emailed the lady in charge to see if its a public event. if so, we're totally there! if its a go, ill be sure to post something about it on the site :)
