Hi! I'm from Mason City, and I know where Manly is. It would be fun to let our corgis play together. Do you still just have one corgi? Your picture has two in it! They are beautiful. If only one is yours, which one is she?

Ouch, surgery at ISU? That's rough. Iowa State is one of the worst places to go for cost-effective treatment of any animal. You'd think that because they're students that it would cost less, but average treatments cost almost 3 times more, no joke. I had Sofi taken to the vet college here at ISU for a biopsy on funny lumps inside her skin. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me with the results, which were "inconclusive". It also cost me $600. I had the same procedure done by my new vet in Radcliffe, the procedure was done at my visit and she gave me results immediately, and it cost $50. My vet in Radcliffe told me SO much more information about what kind of treatments she could have and what the possibility of what the lumps could be that ISU didn't. ISU told me that they couldn't prove what they were and said that they couldn't prescribe any kind of treatment. What a sham. Goodluck with your baby though, I know you probably didn't want to hear what I told you, but really, in the future, look to do your treatments someplace else. :(
