Thank you! Shockoe will turn 4 months on 30th of July. They grow up so fast dont they? Sakura is so cute! It's been pretty humid here in Virginia too. Very hot and very humid. Shockoe can relate to Sakura on the topic of water drinking. That little puppy can down 3 water bowls a day. Such an "Aqua-holic" haha. =)

Sure, I'd love to tell you the meaning behind it! My husband and I got Shockoe to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary so we wanted to name him after something that signified this occasion. His name "Shockoe" comes from a scenic/downtown part of Richmond City called Shockoe Bottom. This is where my husband and I had our first date together in Feb2004 =D. Sakura is a beautiful name too! I hope to see more pictures of your little guy! As a side note, I'm currently trying to teach myself Japanese, thank you for translating Sakura for me :)
