    So cute!  Are you certain it's a Pem/Cardi mix?  It's so hard to tell when they are pups, but the face looks very Sheltie to me.  GORGEOUS puppy!

    Welcome, I saw the pictures and they were labeled Shelter, I was yelling saying that if that baby is close to me I'm gonna go get him.  He is beautiful, and yes he does look like a collie pup.  I think it is the coat!!!  Good luck I can't wait to see him growing!
