    Welcome.  He may not be full corgi but he is enough!  I like his somewhat longer legs and think they are better for your average pet.  He is cute and that pic on his back proves he is mostly corgi.

    Welcome MW and Franklin! He looks like a full Pembroke to me...what is called a "throwback". I know a few in San Diego. They look less fluffy and longer-looking legs. Look at old photos of Queen Elizabeth's corgis when she was a girl, and they look just like Franklin! I think he's gorgeous!
