    Wyoming Dachshund and Corgi Rescue does not have a shelter but keeps all dogs in a home setting with foster parents who get to know the dogs and can determine the best new forever home for them.  We have an application and do home visits before the dog is placed.  We do keep in contact with the new owners and will always take the dog back is things do not work out.  Please let me know if you would be interested in having Pumpkin join us.  My son-in-law has some clients in Colorado Springs and could pick her up.  Thanks.
