About Me:
I recently lost my corgi to Degenerative Myelopathy (august 6, 2009). I can honestly say it has been one of the most difficult, emotional, uplifting, heroic, empty, lonely etc times in my life. Needless to say my emotions and thoughts have been all over the place.
I am currently looking for a new friend(corgi of course), but finding it difficult to find a a breeder in california that will test for DM.

I am now once again the owner of a corgi and I couldn't be any more excited! I decided to name him Romeo and the name is oh so fitting. He is such a LOVE! I feel like I am the LUCKIEST person in the world!

About My Corgi(s):
I had my corgi from October 31, 1995- August 6, 2009. His name was Ricco. He will forever be in my heart! I miss him dearly!!!

I am currently looking for a new friend preferably a tri-colored pembroke welsh corgi.
Also, a responsible breeder that will be willing to test for Degenerative Myelopathy.
I found a breeder!
I got Romeo on February 27th. Yippeeeee!
I picked him up at LAX and boy is he adorable!
He is 12 weeks old.
He is potty, crate trained and the sweetest little boy. I can't say enough about him.....

    Not today.....but I fully expect to get it tomorrow! It probably went from Grand Rapids to the Big Rapids transfer station...then on to me. That's usually how my packages travel....but my anticipation is increasing and I am more excited than I was yesterday!!!! :) Believe me ~ YOU will be the first to know :)

    HAHAHAHA!!! It's here!!!! IT IS SOOOO COOL! It was in the mailbox, which hadn't been checked yet today....OMG Andrea ~ it's outstanding, awesome, fantastic and gorgeous all rolled into one!!! We need to talk about those treats you sent tho ~ Hanna ate them IMMEDIATELY and is now digging around the couch looking for more! We have to know the name of the treats...she went nuts over them!     He ate the WHOLE THING???? OmGoodness ~ that had to be scary! Sooo glad to hear all is well! Hanna is enjoying the spring meltdown...then snowstorm...then meltdown...and yet another snowstorn & meltdown! Crazy weather around here lately! The geese still come around daily for her to herd thru the yards (funny stuff), and we're gearing up to hit the yard and get this Spring season started finally!     You are a lifesaver if ever there was one, Andrea! I have been asking, researching, and looking everywhere I could think of...no real results to be found. I'm gonna try this ASAP ~ I am soooo tired of that "grey chest"!! It comes from the S-shaped hook that holds her tags onto her collar...I need to find her a collar that is coated or all plastic to stop that from happening. Any ideas? BTW...THANKS for the heads up! :)
