About Me:
I'm 48 yrs old, born & raised in Hollywood, Florida. My husband and I began our life with a Golden Retriever 21 yrs ago, but after her demise decided to downsize. We were fortunate to learn about Corgis and got our female Pembroke Welsh Corgi "Marley" about 7 years ago and she's awesome.
About My Corgi(s):
My husband wanted to name her Ziggy, but I didn't think that was feminine enough so we compromised and named her Marley. We llike Reggie music. She is the best!!! We had a golden retreiver and although they are awesome dogs, we wanted something smaller this time. She's so much fun, she likes to "pants" our 15-yr-old son (rip is shorts off) if we tell her to "get him". She's just so smart and trainable. She loves going on the boat with us, camping, tenting, you name it. She'll do anything for a treat!

    Kathy: Marley is a very pretty girl. she has a beautiful coat. We have had a yellow lab for 11 years, and wanted a second dog. We got a corgi three years ago and named him Gizmo. He is a wonderful companion for Chance (the lab) In fact, the vet has warned me that Giz is so attached to Chance - when Chance goes, he will be heart-broken. The corgi is a wonderful happy breed.. we enjoy him so much - and they love to please their people don't they? Gail

    Hi there Kathy,
    I know what you mean about their short legs; I am thinking about geting her a life jacket or something that will keep her from going under water with the waves and when she dives at the pool.
