I have a beautiful 8 year old male Pembroke Welsh Corgi that we adopted through rescue two years ago. (Tri State All Breed Rescue in Hagerstown, Md). AND just adopted a beautiful 8 year old female Pembroke this past Sept '10.

Prior to adopting him (Swansea), we owned another wonderful Corgi (Scott) that lived to be 14 years old. He passed away in Fed 2008 and we miss him terribly. We adopted him through rescue as well through the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Garden State. I absolutely love the breed and I hope to adopt another one soon!

    Christine, he's beautiful! He reminds me of our 1st corgi, Odie, except his ears are up!

    I forgot to say earlier, my parents are in Solomens, if they need a corgi fix closer than Oregon they should give you a call. there was one where they live - very large, his stomach dragged on the ground!! His owner passed away, and the dog is no longer there.
