About Me:: I'm a relatively recent transplant to San Antonio from Dallas. I've always had feline furbabies but love all animals. I've recently became the lucky human servant to a Chigi (Corgi-Chi) a Rat-chi (Rat Terrier-Chi)and a Bugg (Boston Terrier/Pug).

About My Corgi(s):: Petey is a Chigi. His mom is a black and white pembroke and daddy is a tan chihuahua. We had a rough start the first day we got him. He was the smallest. Always a soft soft for the runts. Six hours after we brought 17 oz. Petey home he began to have seizures. I learned all about tiny dogs and blood sugar problems very quickly. 8 seizures, 2 days, dozens of forced syringe feedings and 3 hours of sleep in front of his kennel later, he was out of the woods. PHEW! Petey is quite the character now. He is almost 2 old now. He went from this tiny little bubble headed pipsqueak to what looks more or less like a 19 lb sable/white tailed pembroke (w/o the undercoat). Petey has all the personality of a Corgi.
