- We have two corgis, both rescues. Our corgi girl is Betsy, a red and white Pembroke we rescued from a local shelter in late 2009. She's smart, beautiful, well-trained (but with just enough of that female bossy streak, LOL) and a complete joy. We recently adopted Freddy from a shelter in Louisiana. He's a big, burly tri-colored pembroke, very easy-going and eager to please. He enjoys having Betsy show him the rules of the house and happily follows her on our walks. And Betsy greatly enjoys her role as big sister and "teacher". They have recently started frapping and playing together like true brother and sister. We're so happy to have them both!

I am new to mycorgi.com and just looking at your photos or your Sweet fur-kids. What a couple of characters they are!! lol They are so cute together!! We have a beautiful Red and White PWC in California waiting for our return and just got a new baby Tri boy to take back to Cali with us and soon as my husband and I get thru with our cancer treatments here at MD Anderson. Our fur-baby's name is Hogan Dahy (little lad, quick and agile). As soon as we get his puppy shots all in order we hope to take him to some meet-ups to get acquainted with other babies. He's now 12 weeks old. : ))
