A lot of people will tell you to buy some high end chow for your pup. This is ok if you have the funds for it but the best store bought puppy chow are the ones without a lot of "filler" in it.
Right now Roxi is eating Purina "Healthy Morsels" Puppy chow mixed with Natural Choice which is a higher end brand. (because we can't afford the high end stuff all the time) I always buy in bulk and mix em hehe.
The best thing to do is depending on your dogs age and your funds check out the back of the bags. Try and get as much "real food" in there as you can hehe. Its hard to find sometimes without breaking a budget but it can be done.
