I am a 23 year old, animal lover. I work on a farm, help my mother groom dogs, and train horses for my living at the moment. In June though I will be getting training in Taxidermy. I have had Corgis in my life since I was born, I really couldn't picture my life with out my pointed ear clowns.
My mother and I have a kennel, we raise Corgis, Pekes and Pekapoos. My mother has been rasing Pekes since the 70's and Corgis since the late 80's. We've acutally been a est. kennel for about 20 years now. We are a very small kennel, all the dogs get treated like little kids. My mother really spoils her babies lol, nothing wrong with that right?
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
Yes
About My Corgi(s):
I have 10 Pembroke Corgis total:
Flash (9), he was my first stud male. I say my first because I raised him from a puppy. Him and his sister Daya (9) are my troublesom duo as I call them, they are my personal protectors. Anywhere I go and farm they are usually there following me watching making sure that a squirrel won't get me.
Red is our 5 year old breeding male, who loves cats and thus chasing them. He's a sweet heart and passes all his loving personality on to his children like Tank, Dori and Smidge.
Tank (8 months) is a dog all his own, i'm in the works of finding him a perfect home. He needs a family that has time for him, we sold him to a family that THOUGHT they had time for him and ended up they didn't so they returned him. We ask all our customers if they don't think they can handle the puppy or if something does pop up and you can't take care of it PLEASE let us know we will be more than happy to take back they puppy. We usually end up find the perfect home for them anyways. This was acutally the first time in 18 years that has happend to us...
Dori(1) and Smidge (1), half sisters and you can diffently tell. Dori and Smidge are going to be on there way to the show ring this fall hopefully, Dori is loving the leash, Smidge not so much...she's a country girl all the way threw dirt and mud. Dori loves to be pampered, lol.
Enzo (9) is my personal baby, she's the last puppy from my beloved dog Susie Q who I lost due to a twisted stomach when she was 5 years old. Enzo is another one I raised from a puppy, she knows how to play tag with me...really she does!
Daisy (4,) is out of my beloved Enzo and is my mothers show corgi and personal dress up dog. Since my mother is a groomer she thinks that grooming Daisy and painting her nails is necssary...Daisy don't mind.
Split (6) he is neutered and is our one blued corgi, he's acutally my sisters and you can tell. He don't listen to anyone and that includes my sister...and he likes to find our lagoon ever now and than, he's nick name is Shit Diver.
Shelleey (7), is the proud momma of Dori, and gosh they act the same.She's a great momma and a great dog, loves to play with shoes and a tug rope. Can't get enough of our farm cat either lol.
We stop breeding our corigs at the age of 6 and try to find homes for them unless other wise. Shelleey, Tank and Split are the ones up for adoption, the rest will stay on the farm and live out their lives here. If you are interested in adopting one let me know. They will be fixed, UTD on shots and worming, they are crate broke so that makes it easier for house training, teeth will be cleaned, and they will also have their rabies shot. All we ask for in return is a 150 to cover vet charges.
