oh, I made it =) I got fluffy material, and a sturdy toilet paper roll and glued the fabric around it. I stuffed the TP roll with plastic bags (for more, lightweight sturdiness) and bent a wire coat hanger to go into the TP roll to help it stick up, and to attach it to the butt harness, which I also made. I used straps and a large metal ring and based the design off of this thing: http://pootrapusa.com/
I hooked the but harness to a normal harness she had.
It still wasn't really stable and usually fell to one side or the other if she moved around a lot.
