Is my puppy a fluffy?

The breeder just said his coat will be a tad longer, but nothing about being a fluffy. What qualifies as a fluffy? I suppose it's harder to tell because he is only 14.5 weeks old and still has his puppy coat. I am just curious, but either way, I love my little handsome boy! …
