- My Mila-corg is 1 and a half years, and at about 24 pounds. She's probably peaked in height at about a foot tall. She's rambunctious, vocal, a wrestler (with my other dog and cat), and an attention lover! She loves to run in the backyard and wrestle with our other animals, but she also enjoys quiet time on her humans lap. :)

Our first couple days with the new little girl.

Well we finally got our little girl. Made a few hour trip out to get her, and she was wonderful the whole way home. Met her mom and dad and they were healthy, wonderful dogs. The mom was such a sweetie and wanted to be pet by everyone! When we first brought the puppy home, our cat and other dog were very interested in her. We introduced them slowly and let her get situated to her surroundings first. When all the animals met, they got along great. The puppy (who we have decided to name Mila)…

My husband and I are taking a three hour trip out to Yakima, WA on Saturday to pick up our little tri-colored Pembroke girl! Couldn't be any more excited. :) Just hoping that I have everything in place for her. We already have a crate, bowls, puppy pads, a bed, toys, and a gate! Very excited to finally meet her and become a Corgi owner! :D
