I've been absent from mycorgi for a bit so I missed the event (yes, shameful). Thanks for the invite though! We'll try to be there next time!

Thanks for posting today's meetup on the events page! Corki definitely had an awesome time sprinting for an hour straight and meeting other corgis for the first time! He's fast asleep now!

im so glad for this site because now guess what? we've found each other yay!!! where was your breeder located? mine was in langly so i know for sure klaus will be able to meet his brother. the other puppy went to duncan so we might not see him around in vancouver :(
do worms get into puppys through their paws? i think im seriously not too fmailiar with the parasites out there. i try to baby him but its hard. i always need to give him time outs because he gets really nippy when you play with him. i give him chew toys too! but sometimes he'd rather have my arm.
we can meet at the nice play park! you know i live right accross the street from a park. but because he hasnt had his second vaccination yet i tend not to take him there unless there are no other dogs around. i worry when he gets faster and out runs me :)
YAY! I LOVE BIG DOG LITTLE DOG! i live right by there. well really near there! my old dog use to love the spinach loaves and the turkey/chicken meat balls. i have yet to take klaus there but i will! :)
Do you also teach your dog korean? cause my puppy tends not to understand english that well sometimes :s so i teach him stuff in chinese and he picks it up just like that. i kept on telling him to 'give me a paw, shake a paw, shake' and he couldnt get it at all. i use chinese and now hes doing it almost everytime i ask for it! go figure :) keep in touch! and hope all is well :)

im glad to hear that! corgis and corgi owners are so hard to find so im really quite pleased! i just need to wait till mine is a bit older :) he will be getting his second set of shots in 2 weeks? so i cant wait! and thanks so much for the info. my mother was getting worried because since ive brought him home no one can stop babying him! i always get comments of people saying that he looks like a mini teddy bear :)
The vet gave me some canned diet food so i will try the chicken and rice when hes feeling better. im just glad that he didnt have any parasites or worms! that was my big worry. seriously! having him is like having a child!
are there any doggy parks in pomo? let me know! my friend lives on that side and he has a bulldog whos a puppy too! we said we would meet up! if anything we could all have a play date! im so excited :) and thanks again for the great info!

Hi there, I tend to bring her to various places... Spanish Banks, Golden Ears, Steveston, McDonald Beach... But we've never been to David Grey Park... Hmm....Maybe I should bring Tiida there some day. By the way, we ran into another Corgi at Steveston today. I was so excited to see other corgis =P

Hi again neighbour - I own K9 social club doggy daycare on Clarke St., and have never had another corgi at the club. I've only ever seen one other corgi, and he was from Burnaby. My "Roxie" is 8 yrs old and loves to be the centre of attention with all humans.

Just read about your munchkin getting away and how lucky to find her safe!
Sure know how I'd feel during the search - Great news!!

p.s.
I'm also a Port Moody gal, and don't dare leave my "Roxie" outside a store to dash in for a second - too cute to chance it.
