So it's official! I just found out exactly who my baby is.

On May 25th or 26th I will be bringing home this little lady.

She's a real sweetheart and the breeder says she's basically the "princess".

So last night at about 1am my husband and I took our rabbit, Gregory to the animal hospital because we were worried about him given that he hadn't eaten any of his hay or veggies. My puppy Charlie is 4 months old. We are dog sitting for a female boston terrier that is staying at our house. They get along great! Just one thing I noticed is the exsessive chewing and bitting he does on her. She doesn't seem to be hurt by it at all, but I am still concerned and don't know what to think of it.

I've been lurking mycorgi.com for like a year before deciding to officially bring our own pup home. It was a joint decision between my girlfriend & I. We decided long ago that the Corgi was perfect for us. It's our first dog and it's been completely amazing.

Delia is really something else. First, I have never had a puppy this young. 5 months had previously been my youngest. And Second, I have never had a small ish dog. I just wanted to let the MyCorgi world know that Maverick is doing AWESOME. He is a puppy so obviously the chewing and potty training is at the forefront, but other than that, he is doing abnormally well for a puppy.

At first, he didn't really have his legs under control.. it looked like his back legs had grown a little faster than they should have, and he was klutzy and clumsy, but after running around every day, he has figured it out and is so FAST for a little guy!! I know…

Less than 3 Weeks…

Sunday July 8th, one week ago today, I decided to Google any upcoming corgi litters in the area. I found a litter born June 16th with a couple male pups available. I sent the woman an email and within the hour had multiple pictures of the male my boyfriend and I liked best. We sent her our reserve deposit and officially started the countdown to picking up our new baby boy, Maverick.
