My first blog post and some of my corgi art.

Hi everyone! I joined a while ago, but I'm just now posting a blog. I really love corgis but unfortunately my husband and I aren't ready financially to have a dog. Anyway, enough of the sad stuff. My Corgi, the foot warmer!

It’s been pretty wicked cold out in Colorado the last few days, and from what I understand, it’s been pretty cold just about everywhere! Last night, in particular, I just couldn’t get warm. My feather comforter is at the cleaners, so I’m making do with a bunch of other blankets, but it just isn’t as warm and cozy. My feet were especially cold. Winter Indoor Games

For those of you who don't know - Bindi and I (Denise) are from Nebraska, and we are in the middle of quite a cold snap (they are forecasting a wind chill of -39 F on Sunday!).

Favorite Winter Weather Gear

With the winter season having hit South Dakota with full force, it was time to find the apropriate gear to face the elements with. Mt long Land's End coat I got for a present from my boyfriend last year: check! lined fleece gloves with the leather grips on the fingers: check! My favortie piece of winter weather attire, the 180º ear muffs: check!
