My corgi fund is no longer empty! My birthday is this Monday so I got $65 today! Tomorrow I should get $60 for babysitting, and when my grandmother sends me my birthday money I'll get another $100! I'll have enough to pay the downpayment and get a few supplies and toys for Rose! My dad is buying Rose herself for me as my present from him!

Comment by Hunter Ertz on July 27, 2012 at 9:56am I definitely have other ways to pay for my corgi! Don't worry, she will be very well taken care of!
Comment by Ingrid & Ein on July 27, 2012 at 2:59am Hey...not to be a debbie downer, but I hope you've got a lot more money coming in for your fund, or someone else that is financially committed to the dog---because the first year of puppy ownership can easily run in the thousands. "the cost of owning a corgi" in the FAQ is fairly accurate.

Comment by Sam Tsang on July 26, 2012 at 6:49pm Hi Hunter, check out the first topic in the FAQ, it'll help you prepare better. Add another 2K for emergency vet fund.
