Happy to be friends...our Emma is in love with our neighbor's beagle, Charlie. He is laid-back and larger than what he was suppose to be...and puts up with Emma's kisses and sniffing...I always know which route Charlie was taken on his walks as that is the same one Emma will insist upon...after all, she has to "remark" her ownership of Charlie...

Thank you for the welcome...we are very much taken with our Emma...the hardest adjustment in the "down-sizing" from German Shepherds to a Corgi was to not trip over her!!! But we have all adjusted...even Emma...we are not sure which is bigger: her heart or her appetite!!!

Thank you for asking us to be your friends. May you have health, happiness, peace and lots of corgi love in 2010. Tasha (a/k/a Miss Sassy Britches) wants me to cut to the chase and wish you lots of schnackies, treats and rawhides... All the best, Nan

I am sorry that you do not have Cardinals where you live. They always travel in mated pairs - the bright gaudy male and the duller, very busy female. Our holly trees are filled with cardinals, Carolina wrens and lost robins. Happy New Year to you! All the best from Williamsburg, VA: Bear, Tasha and Linus

I hope Benny will do well on the herding instinct test. I am worried about the fees, as well, but I do agility with my other dog, so I hope to find a way.

Thanks for the welcome. I pass on all of the good thoughts to Aber. If he understands any of it, it's sure to swell up his ego :)

Hi! Thanks for your comment -- and for missing us. We've been on a little hiatus -- had to rearrange my mother's life (now in assisted living) and work has been, well, work. I think our next blog will have to be on Dining, Corgi Style. Ethel is too much! Such an innocent face, masking a demon. Sigh.

Hey Geri & Sidney, wish you + your family + your Corgi a happy new year.
By the cold we've got soooo many snow right now, but Nunzius loves it. Hope your daughters enjoy the time in Germany an apply their "School-German"- Acknowledgment. I had English in school - but i lost my skills :-)

Greetings
Nunzius + Carolin

Hey, I know a guy in Leipzig! His name is Stephan, he's about 25 years old. Wonderful funny guy. He's been telling me how cold it is right now. My kids have been learning German at school; two of my daughters have gone to stay in Germany (Aurich) for three weeks. My son gets to go this summer!

I think I may have deleted a comment from you, by accident.....not very good at this game, am I. Never mind, practise makes perfect.

Hi,

Thanks for welcoming us. I am very new to this, and Phoebe isnt much help, so you will have to bear with me. We have great news today because Phoebe has agreed to give us her paw in exchange for a treat. Although we (me and hubbie, Bryan) are probably extremely biased, we think this is very clever for a 4.5 month old pup. She is a little star.
