The only way I could get good awake pictures of Ein when she was that young was to wake her out of a dead sleep, pose her and snap away. I would have, maybe, 1 solid minute before she was awake enough to run off. I was a mean mommy. LOL But they're only that young once, and I really wanted some good pictures of her. So what kind of geeky things are you and your fiance into? Are you on twitter? My husband and I do our own podcast as hobby. It's called A Geek and his Wife.

no worries! they get over the crate thing quickly. Like the others have said, it will become her "safe haven".

I love the picture of her with her water dish - looks like she can fit right in there!
