Hes not neutered, but we would have him neutered for you at no charge if you preferred. We are asking $350 for him, thats all his vacs, neutered, and papers. Hes a small red and white male, very, very sweet. Hes so calm, that my other corgis just pick on him too much. My other male is just too dominate for him. Let me know what you think! Renee
