At 12:01pm on April 7, 2010, RILEY, MAGGIE and Christine Kemp said…: Maggie May is adorable! We live in La Pine Oregon, our setting is rural (sorta) about 3 miles from the small town of La Pine. The forest is just out our back door, it is awesome! We retired to Central Oregon, the high desert, in 2005. It is wonderful...the rat race didn't work for us anymore. Ron and I grew up in the Portland area and lived there for 65 plus years. On the high desert winter lasts for around 6 months, spring (sunny but cool) and summer can be hot with cool nights. Riley is our 2nd corgi, we adore him, he is very sweet and he keeps us busy! When Riley turns 18 months (fingers crossed) I hope to adopt another baby, a littlr girl this time. Maggie May is the name I had chosen for Riley if he had been a girl. Rod Stewart is one of my favorites! Your little fluff is so cute, perhaps our breeder will have a tri fluff. I would imagine fluffs require quit a bit more grooming.

We should start a club called "corgi-waiters", My family growing up had a corgi who lived to retire in Florida with my folks while I was away in college. Always wanted another, collected pics and books about corgis over the years. I waited many decades (until my kid was 8 yrs old) and finally we got Radar 2 years ago. Definitely worth the wait!
