Dixon Corgi Faire

I went to the annual Dixon Corgi Faire.I think this is the third time I have gone with Chloe. I have never seen so many Corgis! I entered Chloe is the Corgi Bowling contest, 3 plastic cups with treats underneath, the object of the game is to knock over cup and get treats. She got third place in her group. We will practice for next year. I did enjoy talking to other Corgi people. What was interesting is that the Corgis in grass area all decided to chase other non Corgi breed like a Doberman. I guess they like to stick together. A beautiful sunny day

We thought about going but Dixon is a bit of a trek for us and Chewey isn't always the best with lots of dogs on leash, so wasn't sure if it would be fun or if I would have had to spend the entire time keeping him distracted. Corgi bowling sounds right up his alley (as long as it was one dog at a time ;->).

Comment by Data the gremlin corgi! on November 12, 2012 at 1:34am: Data was at the corgi faire too. It was his first time. He enjoyed meeting everyone, the parents and their corgis. It was funny when all the corgis chased the non corgi. They just knew he was too tall to be one of them. LOL!

We will definitely be back there next year!
