Unless there's something medically wrong with her, she's not eating her kibble because she knows you'll give her something better. Put a little warm water in her kibble, put it down for 20 minutes and if she doesn't eat it, pick it back up. No treats or snacks until the next meal. She'll figure it out.

I would cut the table food subsidy when she's fussy.   Probably mixe the can and dry food and gradually with less canned food.    She will not kill herself of starvation just because she wants to win.   I agree with putting the food down every 15 minutes when it's time to eat.

We now serve Wally twice a day, only when we eat, could he coudl just have his supper and when we're eating he comes and begs (cute way though), but we don't give in.

A dog will hold out for the food she wants, especially when she has learned that it works. Put down the food you want her to eat, pick it up after 15 minutes. No more food until the next mealtime. She'll probably skip a few meals while she gets used to this new idea that she can't call the shots. Do NOT ever believe a corgi when she tells you she is starving. They always say that :) She will survive missing a few meals.

One of my dogs seemed to lose interest in his food after a while, so we would rotate the flavors that we fed him, coax him to eat, hand feed, etc.  We finally discovered that he really just wanted to eat once a day. Now he just goes right back to bed in the morning without breakfast, and gobbles down his dry food at night.

If you just keep offering what is healthy, eventually that is what she will have to eat. She will also learn that she is not in charge of setting the menu.

Stop feeding table food and soft food (especially if her teeth are fine, soft food is bad for animals because it sticks and can cause cavities if she doesn't get her teeth cleaned regularly). If you give her a treat, really make her work for it, and make sure to give lots of exercise.
My coonhound wont eat if he's bored and hasn't gotten enough exercise, which happened over the winter ( we got that nasty polar vortex thing twice) and a good 30minute walk one day made him polish of dinner and breakfast the next day.
When I give my dogs whole food ( "human" food) I give it to them at meal time and it goes in their dishes with their kibble. The only exception is it it's carrots as a treat or something like that, but then I make them work for it ( sit, paw, lay down etc..."
Corgis are smart, too smart sometimes lol. Best of luck!

First make sure her teeth are ok (maybe a visit to the vet if it's been awhile) then stop giving her the other food if you want her to eat the kibble.

Possibly because she gets too much canned food and table food???? Do you give her what she likes if she won't eat the dry? They figure it out fast how to get what they want.
