Does anyone know of anyone breeding or selling any corgi pups? It's been 6 mos since I lost my beloved Scout...and his brother Tucker would love some company.

Good luck on your search. I can attest that a corgi puppy can start a great new chapter for you after the loss of one.

In your area, the Mayflower club is the one to contact: http://www.mayflowercorgiclub.org/index.php

That will give you a list of reputable breeders in and around New England. Be VERY careful; the vast majority of Pem breeders are not good ones. It's become a popular breed and taken advantage of by a lot of bad breeders. Make sure the person producing the puppies is doing so for a reason that has nothing to do with making money (as a matter of fact, you should hear incredulous laughter if you ask them if they've ever made money on their dogs). The right reasons for producing a Pem puppy are to work it (herding, etc.) or to carry on a carefully bred show line with a commitment to health and temperament. Anyone claiming to produce puppies "because they're such great pets" is doing it for the wrong reasons.
