Thank you so very much for your kind words.  Bonnie passed away yesterday morning at 9:58am.  She's left me with lots of loving memories but I weep as I write this.  Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. - Judy

Hello! We're on the Isle of Man and I think Roly and Flo are the only Corgis here!

That's adorable. :D Korey still has her other Foxies too, but they're not really recognizable as such. Lol. I love that our corgis have something in common!

Well.............My husband and I are still debating between "DeeDee" and "MeiMei"....

So I will let you know later. Personally I like "DeeDee" better.

Thanks!  Idgy comes from the character in the book and movie, Fried Green Tomatoes. Her whole name is Imogene Towanda Dunning.  When our pup was little she would charge off our deck and leap into space (it was only a 10" drop, but she was so small then) and it made me think of Towanda!  Which is also from Fried Green Tomatoes.

Thanks for the welcome!  An emotional support animal is kind of like a therapy dog.  They fall somewhere between service dogs and therapy dogs in their privileges.  She is actually my service dog.  She is allowed to travel with me on airplanes and in hotels and is not considered a "pet."  The only place I am not supposed to take her is restaurants and grocery stores but otherwise she has all the other rights that a service dog (like a seeing eye dog) would have.  I never would have believed how perfect a Corgi was for an emotional support animal until I got Roxy!

Thanks for the welcome! Yes, Brody is one lucky boy! He actually has a cousin now who was also rescued from Joplin after the tornadoes; he was adopted by my uncle who decided after he met Brody that he just had to have his own little Corgi. :) <3

Thank you for the warm welcome! Her name is Mercedes. Sooky is an aussie slang for crybaby. But with good reason though :) Mercedes recently has hind legs problems :( and might need surgery if not rested well. Joining the community for more research

Still trying to decide on a name for our new little guy, Geri.  The girls are stuck between Seamus and Oliver.  I just posted a picture from last week, so take a look if you have a chance and let me know what you think!  Sounds like the therapy pet position is a good choice for your boy.  I am a physician, and it is amazing what good these animals can do for suffering humans.  Congratulations!
