Support Lakeshore Corgi Rescue! Visit their website here: http://www.lakeshorecorgirescue.org/support.php, and sign up for "iGive" down at the bottom. Just for signing up until 10/31/11, they'll give a donation to LPWCR, and for every purchase you make on it (for normal retailers, Barnes, Best Buy, etc, like you would your normal online shopping) they'll donate to LPWCR too. Please take a few seconds and sign up!

Discussion (invite) for playdate is posted! I have to pay when I reserve the space, so i'll wait for replies before I reserve it, but they are getting back to me on general availability for that day.

Hi everyone! As I last stated, i'll be organizing a get together at Pet Care Plus (most likely) in October (West Loop). There is a patio, play area, and doggie pool. 20 people max, $10 each! http://www.petcp.com/dog-park-chicago.html

I'll set up an invitation to you all in mycorgi once i've secured a reservation. I'm thinking a Saturday in October? Thanks for all your interest! Charlie has yet to meet another corgi (since he left his litter)! It will be so fun, I can't wait!

Winston and I navigate the city on a bike and a dog trailer. Is anyone interested in meeting up in the city of Chicago. I've only seen one Corgi in my neighborhood. Can you believe it?

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FZR828C

here's a survey on which park we should do this year's meet up I will post the results on Friday Evening to give everyone time to vote.

If Whalon wins and you need a day pass for the Sept 11th you can send in for a day pass  This the reply to a question on their facebook page "Is there a way you could mail in for a certain date on the single day dog park pass?"
Sure, you can fill out and send in the Dog Park Permit Application from our Web site athttp://bit.ly/pzBBqW with the payment of $3 per dog in check, money order, or credit card. Just make a note on the permit application that you are requesting the one-day permit for the specific date, and we will note that date on the permit.

You will receive a permit and ID lanyard for use at any of the dog parks within 5–10 business days.

Hey everyone! I've noticed that someone is planning a get together and we would love to join.  We are also planning one in the Illinois Corgi group for September for anyone that is interested. =D It'll be fun to have two corgi get togethers this year!

Smudge and 'Nutter would like to go, too, if there's room.
