We don't mind waiting! We will be at Wiggly tonight if you want to discuss!

Suneera, I would be totally game except I have no idea when I'll be able to head that way!  I normally can't leave McKinney after work until about 4:30, so it will be almost 5:30 when I get home.  I'm hoping to leave pretty much right away, but no guarantees.  If you can wait for me, we'd be willing to drive!

Weather for Wdenesday nights playdate is a high of 89 and a low of 59, sounds like we picked a great day to get together. Can't wait to see everyone there!!!

Hey everyone!  New to MyCorgi and to the group!  We are planning to come down for the meet up, and it just so happens to be the day before Felix's 1st Birthday!  If I have time, I'll bring some dog ice cream for all to share.  Can't wait to see all the Corgi's!!!!!

I wanted to give a quick shoutout for our vet's office.  We really have the best vet in the world, I think. All the doctors in the office are just so patient and sweet and I just think they're great!  SO if you live in Fort Worth and you don't already have a good vet, go check out Harris Parkway Animal Hospital.  We see Dr. Young, but we also love Dr. McNeil.

I felt compelled to write this after I called the doc's emergency number the other day for Emma's upset stomach.  I must have called him right at dinner time, but he was so patient with me and walked me through all the meds I needed to give her and what steps I needed to take.  He walked me through bandaging up her paw last Halloween after she split it open when she stepped on a piece of a broken beer bottle (no thanks to my 18 year old neighbor). That was probably around midnight - and he just acted like I wasn't even troubling him.  I've worked with a few vets in my life, and I love Harris Parkway Animal Hospital!

Your vet can do it, or any grooming place in the area (Petsmart included)  Or you can get clippers yourself!  Luckily, most corgi "claws" are clear so it's easy to spot the quick and avoid it.  BUT if you're going to get them at Target, do NOT buy the target brand - they suck and will leave hangnails that they won't cut through. I think this is a "you get what you pay for" kind of thing... :)

Can anyone tell us where to get Joey's nails clipped?  We're in Denton.  Thanks

I am so excitied about the Corgi meet up!!!  I can't wait to meet all "My Corgi" friends.  And of course, meet all the corgis!!!  I will only bring one of my Corgis "Winky", because she is much more social then her brother.  I am afraid her brother will be freaked out by so many strangers.  C-U Sept 7!!!  Can't wait!!!
