12 MONTH OLD FEMALE CORGI AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION

12 MONTH OLD FEMALE CORGI AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION

Many thanks to all that have offered suggestions regarding the situation between my Corgi and my cat. Unfortunately, things have not improved. If anyone knows of someone in the South Florida area who would like to adopt a 12 month old female corgi, please contact me. I live in Delray Beach. I have had her since January. I do not have papers for her, but believe she is purebred. She is a very nice dog other than the cat situation, and loves to play with other dogs at the dog park. I have taken her to puppy training class, had her spayed, she is on heartworm prevention pills, is up to date on all shots including rabies, and is microchipped. She is not aggressive at all with people, and I have never seen her be aggressive to other dogs. She is house trained and crate trained. A “rehoming fee” of $200 will apply as I am told this is for her safety. She will come with her crate and remaining heartworm prevention pills (currently 5 months worth of pills left). She will not go to a home with a cat.

If you are interested, please let me know. Thank you.

I sent you a request to become friends so we can talk together. Also we could set up a date to meet. If you agree I would like to bring my other puppies to have a meet and greet to see if they get along!

It's good to hear she may be going to another mycorgi family, so you will get updates on her :)

Thank you everyone for your supportive words, it means a lot. I feel like I've failed Foxie because I couldn't figure out the "magic" training approach. But at this point I feel like she just needs to be a puppy without a cat around so she can just be herself and focus on puppy thoughts (minus the cat in them!)

Tim and Anne- if I could figure out how to reply to you on this forum, I would- so I am going to email you directly. Thanks for your email.

I am moving to FL and would take her in a heartbeat if the timing were right. We have a lot of adjusting to do and I would like to find a place with a fenced in yard! Good luck finding her a good home!!

I'm sorry things didn't work out. I've been wondering how it has been going. Good luck

Hello Heidi

Sorry to hear about the cat situation. We  would possibly want to adopt her. We live in Sunrise so meeting up shouldn't be a problem. We lost Rugby, our older tri, back in October and have been looking for another. The fee isn't a problem. Let me now what you want to do. My email address in tl33487@gmail so if you want you can get more details like phone no. and the such about us and our puppy dogs!

Hope to hear from you

Sorry things didn't work out. :(  Our cat is still confined to the basement and outside because she still refuses to get along with Brodie. Of course, he finally reached his limit with her and now he goes after her too, so I doubt they will ever get along. Fortunately for us, we have a large enough house to let them each have their space. Otherwise, we'd be in trouble! Hope you find her a good home!
