Hi Debby, just go to the main page and scroll down to "forums". Keep going to the last post and you will see, in orange "Add a discussion". Click on that . A box will open up. In the top box type in your title. In the big box, type what you want to ask, as much as you need. Below that is "catagory", you probably should select "corgi health" from the dropdown menu. You don't have to worry about tags or uploads, just go ahead and click on "Add Discussion" and you are done!
