Hi! Gendry got his second round of shots this weekend. I can't register/permit him until he gets his rabies in 4 weeks. Do you know if he can go to dog parks before then? We would love to have a play date soon!

Great time yesterday!  It was amazing that they had 38 Corgis!

Wynne & Will were asleep the whole way home last night and they are being very lazy today.  Jim fell asleep on the couch and is snoring away.

I am glad that I had a chance to visit with you.

Sounds yummy!  I love couscous and have not been eating much of that kind of stuff since my doc is on me about my blood sugar.  Diabetes runs wild in my family and it is catching up to me.  So, I have been counting all my carbs the last few months.  However, on Saturday I am going to eat whatever I please.  (Another reason that I am looking forward to Saturday.)  Mostly, I love watching the Corgis run.

See you Saturday!   Lisa

Aviva,

You might want to attend the Wisconsin Corgi Picnic.  My husband and I went last year.  It was our first Corgi event.  It was a blast!  Check out the information on the events page.  It is September 8.  Bring something yummy for the picnic...perferably vegetarian!

Maybe I will see you there.

So, Friva is a nickname.  I noticed that he ending was the same as the ending of Aviva.  I thought maybe it meant something in another language.

Hope to see you again at another Corgi event.

I am not sure if we are going to the Indy picnic on June 23.  It also happens to be the day of one of my favorite car shows.  My husband and I have a '67 Mustang and a '64 Fairlane 500 that we like to show.  So at this point I am not sure if the Corgis or the Classic Cars will win.  Then the Wisconsin group is planning a picnic September 8.  We will probably go to that.  It was wonderful last year.  I hope to repeat the Freeport Corgi Picnic some time after the Wisconsin one.  Last year we had the Freeport on on September 11.  Since Wisconsin moved theirs to September 8, I think we will need to move ours back a couple weeks or so.

Thanks for taking the time to write to tell me how much you enjoyed CORGI-CON.  Did you get the E-mail I sent with the link to my photos?  I want to make sure that I have your E-mail address right.  That way I can send you a flyer directly next time.

Also, I have a question.  I noticed that your MyCorgi name says Friva & Stuart, but when we met you gave me your name Aviva.  Should I call you Aviva?  What does Friva mean?

Thanks for joining us at CORGI-CON.  I wish we would have had more time to talk, but I was pretty busy at the information table.  Looking through your pictures, I noticed that Stuart looks pretty comfortable in his tie at the office.  I am so jealous that you can take your Corgi to work. Hope to see you next year at CORGI-CON.

Hope to see you Saturday at CORGI-CON.

Check out my 2 Corgis on my page.  They love playing with a herd of Corgis.  It should be a fun day.  The weather is supposed to be great.

Ha!  I'm not the only one who imagines herds of Corgis!  I once mentioned to an on-line friend in Wales that I hoped one day to visit Wales and see the vast herds of Corgis roaming the Welsh plains.  She suggested I might be a bit daft.  I think being daft for Corgis is a good thing.  Anyway, welcome to you and Stuart.
