Definitely bring Jarvis to the beach meet up! Steve was like that as a puppy too.  He would ignore other dogs and go to anyone who will scratch his ears or chin or throw a ball. Jarvis is still a puppy so give him lots of new experience and new things to explore. We could share our puppy experience with you.
